 Audience personas help you develop empathy for your target audiences and filter your messaging for greater impact. Take a step closer to clear communication that compels your audience to action. Outcomes:

1) Identify your primary target audience for marketing,

2) Build a draft of your ministry's audience persona, and

3) Develop a messaging plan based on your audience persona.

Field of Study: Communications and Marketing, Intermediate (builds on a basic program, most appropriate for persons in a mid-level position with operational and/or supervisory responsibilities), Prerequisite: 3+ years leadership experience or CCNL enrollment, Group Live. Session is worth 1.5 credits
